(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A Jamestown man faces multiple charges after a traffic stop in the early hours of April 4.

Jamestown Police officers conducting a GIVE detail around 12:44 a.m. observed a traffic infraction near the intersection of South Main Street and Harrison Street. The vehicle was stopped, and the driver was identified as 42-year-old Tremayne K. Green, a resident of Jamestown.

Investigators determined that Green was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Jamestown City Jail. Green is awaiting arraignment in Jamestown City Court on charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI), DWI per se, and a traffic infraction. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
