(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown woman was charged with second-degree harassment after a reported physical altercation in the Town of Ellicott involving a county agency employee on duty.

ELLICOTT, N.Y. — A 45-year-old Jamestown woman has been charged in connection with a harassment investigation following a response by Town of Ellicott Police on April 13, 2026.

According to police, officers were called to assist during a physical altercation involving a member of a county agency who was actively performing job duties and required law enforcement support.

Upon investigation, police allege that Tina L. Larsen, 45, of Jamestown, subjected the individual to physical contact during the incident.

Larsen was subsequently charged with Harassment in the Second Degree. Following her arrest, she was released with an appearance ticket.

She is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to respond to the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
