(WNY News Now) – A 64-year-old Jamestown man was issued an appearance ticket after he allegedly entered posted property on Beck Road in the Town of Ellery.

According to the incident report, Timothy J. Hayes was accused of entering posted property on Beck Road at about 5:54 p.m. on August 8, 2026.

Hayes was charged with trespass. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellery Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
