(WNY News Now) – A 39-year-old Randolph man was arrested Aug. 18 on two pending petit larceny charges, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

Dale R. Parker, 39, of Randolph, was arrested Aug. 18 on two counts of petit larceny, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Parker was arrested and processed before being released. He is scheduled to return to Randolph Town Court at a later date.

An arrest is an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
