(WNY News Now) – A 48-year-old Bradford, Pennsylvania, man was issued an appearance ticket following a Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office investigation into an ongoing neighbor dispute in Allegany.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, Rustin A. Lippincott was taken into custody at about 9:21 p.m. Sept. 14 following the investigation on Sheldon Drive in the Town of Allegany.
Lippincott was charged with two counts of Harassment in the Second Degree, described by authorities as involving conduct that allegedly alarms or seriously annoys another person.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear at Allegany Town Court at a later date.
The charges are allegations, and Lippincott is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
