JAMESTOWN – A 69-year-old Kennedy man was charged after police said he touched a woman in her intimate parts without her consent and prevented her from leaving her Front Street residence late Saturday night.
Jamestown Police said that Jack L. Emerson was located at his house in Kennedy by New York State Police and taken to the City of Jamestown Jail.
Police said Emerson was charged with forcible touching and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
