JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown man is charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment after Jamestown police said he held a woman against her will at a Linden Avenue apartment late Sunday night.

Jamestown Police said Gordon D. Pangborn, Jr., 32, allegedly restrained a woman against a wall and did not allow her to leave the house.

Police said they took Pangborn, Jr. into custody without incident.

He was taken to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
