MAYVILLE – A Mayville man was arrested Sunday evening at 34 South Erie St. following a lengthy investigation into the selling of methamphetamine and heroin, according to the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.

Harry Radke, 42, allegedly sold methamphetamine and heroin on numerous occasions to agents of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. Radke was arrested on warrants for two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Radke also allegedly possessed a quantity of methamphetamine during his arrest. Radke is additionally charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Radke was taken to Chautauqua County Jail to await arraignment.
