JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown mas was charged with endangering the welfare of a child following a car vs. pedestrian accident in the area of Washington and West 6th Streets Friday night.

Jamestown Police said Jonathan Graham, 29, took his son from the scene of the crash to a nearby 7/11 store.

Police said Graham instructed the driver who hit his son to not call police or medical services as he had a warrant for his arrest.

Investigators said they found Graham and his son at the store.

Graham was arrested for the warrant and additionally charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Police said he was taken to city jail pending arraignment.
