POLAND – A City of Jamestown man was charged with aggravated DWI following a property damage accident on I-86 early Monday morning.

Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office charged Gabriel A. Harrison, 41, with DWI, aggravated DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, no insurance and movement from a lane unsafely.

Harrison is set appear in the Town of Poland court at a later date.
