JAMESTOWN – A Village of Cassadaga man is charged with second-degree criminal trespass after Jamestown Police responded to a suspected burglary at a Pershing Street house early Wednesday morning.

Police said Joshua M. Kubera, 25, was observed by a female victim leaving the house before officers arrived.

Investigators stopped a vehicle Kubera was believed to be driving in the area of Monroe and West Third Streets.

Through investigation police allege Kubera entered the woman’s house without her knowledge.

Officers said Kubera was taken into custody without incident and transported to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
