MAYVILLE – A Sinclairville man allegedly provided a child less than 17-years-old with a controlled substance Tuesday evening at the Village of Sinclairville Park, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

Austin T. Schwab, 23, also allegedly possessed two forms of a controlled substance during his arrest. Schwab is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument.

Schwab was arraigned at the Chautauqua County Jail through the use of centralized arraignment.
