ARKWRIGHT – A Village of Cassadaga woman is facing charges after she allegedly violated an order of protection Sunday.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office charged Shaina E. Love, 28, with first-degree criminal contempt and second degree unlawful imprisonment.

Deputies said Love violated an order of protection after she prevented a victim from leaving a residence for a period of time.

Love was arrested Sunday and taken to Chautauqua County Jail pending arraignment. She is set to appear in the Town of Arkwright Court at a later date.
