Woman Charged With DWI Following Crash On Fairmount Avenue

ELLICOTT – A City of Jamestown woman is facing DWI charges after the Town of Ellicott Police allege she was drunk during a crash on Fairmount Avenue last week.

Amy L. Baker, 37, is charged with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident following the crash that happened Thursday evening.

Police said Baker, who allegedly left the scene, was followed by the person she hit to her home in Jamestown.





Baker was later found to be allegedly intoxicated by police.

Police said she will appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.

Officers say they were assisted by the Lakewood-Busti Police Department with their investigation.
