JAMESTOWN – Two City of Jamestown residents are behind bars after police executed a federal search warrant at 320 Newland Ave. Wednesday morning, resulting in the seizure of more than two ounces of crystal methamphetamine.
Police said inside they located Richard. E Kinsey Jr., 35, and Brandi. M Whitford, 23, along with more than two ounces of meth and $2,000 in cash.
Both Kinsey Jr. and Whitford are charged with the possession of crystal methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, with more charges pending
According to police, the charges are linked to a prior raid that occurred at the same address back on September 6, 2019.
Both are waiting arraignment in federal court.
The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, the Southern Tier Regional Task Force, the New York State Police Narcotics Team and Jamestown Police SWAT Team executed the search warrant.
