Jamestown Officials To Announce Purchase Details Of New Fire Trucks

JAMESTOWN – City of Jamestown officials are expected to announce purchase details of two new fire trucks this week.

Jamestown Mayor Sam Teresi, Public Safety Director and Jamestown Police Chief Harry Snellings and Deputy Jamestown Fire Chief Sam Salemme are scheduled to announce the bid specs and process for two new pumper trucks on Wednesday afternoon.

The press conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. at Fire Station 1 at the corner of Spring and 2nd Streets.
