FALCONER – A man was arrested Thursday night after Town of Ellicott Police say they found him with a handgun during a traffic stop in the Village of Falconer.

Emil Deprospo also allegedly possessed a small amount of marijuana.

Deprospo is charged with criminal possession of a firearm.

Officers say he was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
