MAYVILLE – The Chautauqua Lake Central School District is working with police to investigate a misconduct complaint at the school.
In a post on the district’s website, the school says they received a complaint regarding misconduct by students and promptly began an investigation of that complaint.
“The District has made a referral to local law enforcement to conduct the investigation, which has not yet concluded,” officials said in a statement. “The District takes all such allegations very seriously, and is awaiting the conclusions of the investigation.”
Because this is a student matter, the District says they cannot comment further on the allegations.
