JAMESTOWN – One of the area’s largest banking institution’s online features are currently unavailable due to a technical glitch.
A teller with the Cattaraugus County Bank says regularly scheduled maintenance Friday morning caused both the online banking feature and mobile app to go offline.
They said customers can still get cash from the bank’s drive thru locations, however, there is a $500 withdrawal limit.
When asked if customers could still use their debit cards, the teller said it is recommended they withdrawal crash before the end of business Friday.
The teller says checks and direct deposits made during this time will be processed once the system is back online. As of 3 p.m. Friday there is no estimated time of restoration.
Earlier in the week the bank closed their lobbies part of the statewide novel Coronavirus containment effort.
This is a developing story and will be updated.
