LAKEWOOD – A City of Jamestown man is accused of driving while intoxicated after police say he was observed doing “donuts” in the parking lot of a local store over the weekend.

Lakewood-Busti Police say 24-year-old Gerald Conrad was taken into custody at the Lakewood TJ Maxx parking lot just before 10 p.m. on Saturday.
