Wanted Erie Pennsylvania Woman Arrested In Traffic Stop Near Sherman


SHERMAN – A wanted Erie Pennsylvania woman is in police custody following a traffic stop by New York State Police on I-86 near Sherman.

Troopers say 31-year-old Nicole Fox was wanted for DUI and a weapons charge.

Fox, 27-year-old McKennzie McIntosh and 48-year-old Timothy Dominick were pulled over for an alleged seatbelt violation on Monday.


Troopers allegedly drug paraphernalia in plain view inside the vehicle.

Following a more in-depth search, police say they recovered two bags of methamphetamine, two bags of cocaine, two scales, a pipe containing methamphetamine residue, a syringe containing methamphetamine, three pipes containing cocaine residue and Buprenorphine film.

During the traffic stop troopers allege Fox provided a false name, however subsequent investigation revealed her true identity.



The three were placed under arrested and processed at the Jamestown State Police Barracks.

Fox was taken to Chautauqua County Jail pending extradition.
