LAKEWOOD – A Jamestown woman is facing over a dozen charges after allegedly stealing debit card numbers and then buying products online.

Lakewood-Busti Police allege 31-year-old Kimberly Phanco stole two separate debit card numbers and expiration dates in April.

She then, officers say, used the information seven different times to make online purchases at the Lakewood Walmart.

Officers report that Phanco went to the superstore to pick up the orders after she was barred from shopping there.

With the assistance of Jamestown Police, Phanco was arrested and charged with seven counts of felony fourth-degree grand larceny, two counts of felony second-degree possession of a forged instrument, three counts of petit larceny, four counts of attempted petit larceny and two counts of trespass on Saturday afternoon.

Officers report she was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail prior to arraignment.
