DUNKIRK – Local business, nonprofit, law enforcement and government leaders met Tuesday to discuss the future of recreational marijuana in Chautauqua County.

The conversation took center stage during a roundtable at the Fredonia Technology Incubator hosted by New York State Senator George Borrello.

Borrello spoke with WNY News Now on Wednesday morning. He says further discussions on the topic will take place in the future, since it appears there is more questions than answers.

In addition to Senator Borrello, Assmeblyman Andy Goodell, Chautauqua County Executive P.J. Wendel, Jamestown Mayor Eddie Sundquist, Dunkirk Mayor Willie Rosas and Fredonia Mayor Doug Essek were in attendance.
