SYRACUSE – A new exhibit at New York State’s fair is connecting two unlikely topics: dairy and the Olympics.

The new exhibit from the American Dairy Association North East is located in the the Dairy Products Building, and highlights the national “You’re Gonna Need Milk for That” campaign.

The campaign promotes milk’s role in fueling athletic performance, which Olympic bronze medalist and karate expert Ariel Torres is part of.

So far, hundreds of fairgoers have created GIFs of themselves sparring, virtually of course, with Torres.

Several other Team USA athletes are also featured. The exhibit is open every day during the fair.
