Man Charged Following Early Morning Armed Robbery In Falconer

FALCONER – A 31-year-old man is behind bars following a early morning armed robbery in Falconer.  

Town of Ellicott Police say the alleged incident happened around 5:18 a.m. at a residence on East Everett Street.  


Following an investigation, it is alleged Robert Arguelles robbed a man a knife point taking his wallet which had $300 stored inside. 

Officers say Arguelles fled the scene prior to police’s arrival but was located nearby.  

He is charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree menacing.  



Police say Arguelles was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.
