WARREN (Erie News Now) – Some Warren County parents filed a lawsuit earlier this month, claiming the school district’s policy of letting some kids get out of wearing a mask in class without a legitimate excuse put others at risk.

A federal judge then issued a temporary restraining order that required the district to change its policy, so it lined up with the state’s mask order.

The judge on Monday again delayed the hearing until Nov. 22 at 10 a.m. at the request of the attorneys representing the school district.
