Little Valley Man Jailed For Alleged Rape Of Juvenile In Chautauqua County

POMFRET – A Little Valley man is behind bars after he was accused of raping a juvenile in Chautauqua County.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Dakota Wilson was arrested last week on an outstanding warrant by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.


It is alleged that Wilson had sexual intercourse with the juvenile victim, as well as subjected them to sexual contact, numerous times in 2016 and 2017 in the Town of Pomfret.

He is charged with second-degree rape and second-degree criminal sexual act.

Deputies say following arraignment Wilson was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
