DUNKIRK – Two men are facing drug and weapons charges following a police raid in Dunkirk.

On Wednesday, the Chautauqua County Drug Task Force joined the Dunkirk Police Department to serve a search warrant at 111 Lord Street in the City of Dunkirk. 

Upon investigation, law enforcement located $1,503 in U.S. currency, a loaded semi automatic Bersa Thunder .380 pistol, approximately 72.2 grams of fentanyl, 24.9 grams of cocaine hydrochloride, 7.49 grams of crack cocaine, along with drug paraphernalia consisting of packaging and scales. 

29-year-old Jorge Tirado and 22-year-old Felip Cruz were arrested and charged with multiple felonies including two counts each of criminal possession narcotics with intent to sell, criminal possession of a loaded firearm, criminal nuisance, and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Police said Tirado was released from prison and placed under the supervision of NYS Parole.
