Bemus Point Resident Accused Of Sending Obscene Images To A Minor

ELLERY, NY (WNY News Now) – A Bemus Point resident is accused of sending obscene images to a minor on social media.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office announced results of a month’s long investigation into the matter on Wednesday.

Between July and August, it is alleged that Devien Denson used an online social media platform to send obscene images to a minor victim.











Deputies said Denson was arrested for disseminating indecent material to minors in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

He is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellery Court at a later date and time.
