BUFFALO, NY (WNY News Now) – A Steamburg man has been charged with felony sexual abuse of a child.
The Erie County District Attorney’s Office announced that 34-year-old Allen Larkin, Jr. was arraigned this week after he alleged had sexual contact with a victim under the age of 13 in March 2021.
The alleged crime, prosecutors say, occurred at a residence in the Town of Brant.
Following an investigation by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office, Larkin was arrested in Florida on warrant.
If convicted of the charge, Larkin faces a maximum sentence of seven years in prison.
