ELLICOTTVILLE, NY (WNY News Now) – A Little Valley man is accused of walking into a business in Ellicottville with a high-powered “assault style” rifle.

The Ellicottville Police Department arrested Aaron Leo last Friday after he allegedly entered an establishment with the rifle.

Following a further investigation, Leo was also found in possession of two high-capacity ammunition feeding devices.

Leo faces a slew of charges, including felony criminal possession of an assault style weapon and ammunition feeding device capable of holding more than 10 rounds, also a felony.

The suspect has since been released under supervision of the Cattaraugus County District Attorney’s Office.
