Man Attempts To Break Into Jamestown Bank, Arrested By Police

JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – A man is accused of trying to break into a bank after hours in Downtown Jamestown.

On Saturday officers with Jamestown Police responded to the Key Bank at 417 Spring Street.


Following an investigation, it was alleged Zachary Conklin attempted to break into the building.

The 20-year-old’s attempts, police say, was thwarted by responding officers and he was taken into custody.

Conklin has since been charged with third-degree attempted burglary.
