Woman Accused Of Throwing Food In Fit Of Rage At Jamestown Store

JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – A 41-year-old woman is accused of throwing food during a fit of rage at a Jamestown grocery store.

Officers with Jamestown Police responded to the Tops Markets on Washington Street last Friday afternoon for a criminal mischief complaint.


Following an investigation Lindsay Voye is accused of throwing food items causing damage and destroying the store’s merchandise.

Voye was arrested after allegedly fleeing the scene.

She has since been charged with criminal mischief.
