Child Allegedly Choked During Domestic Dispute In Falconer

FALCONER, NY (WNY News Now) – Ellicott Police responded to a physical domestic dispute in the Village of Falconer last Friday night where a child was allegedly choked.

Bobby Mount, police report, allegedly committed harassment by pushing a victim and violating an order of protection.

It is also alleged that the 40-year-old choked a child that was present for the attack.


Mount was arrested and charged with harassment in the second degree, criminal contempt in the second degree, criminal obstruction of breathing and/or blood circulation and endangering the welfare of a child.

The suspect was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.

Mount and is due to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court to answer to the charges at a later date.
