Jamestown, NY (WNY News Now) – Patrick M. Liberte (66) of Jamestown was arrested after a domestic dispute at Top’s Market. He allegedly struck the victim with a plastic bottle during an argument.

On August 1, 2023 officers from the Jamestown Police Department responded to a domestic dispute at 2000 Washington St (Top’s Market). It is alleged that Patrick M. Liberte had engaged in an argument with the victim/protected party and struck them in the head three times with a plastic bottle.

As a result of the incident, Patrick M. Liberte was taken into custody and is facing charges of Harassment in the Second Degree, Criminal Contempt 1st for violating a valid order of protection, and Aggravated Family Offense. He is currently held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
