Fugitive Arrested on Multiple Charges Including Fugitive From Justice and NYS Parole Warrant

JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – On August 2, 2023, at approximately 0049 hours, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s Third Platoon conducted a foot patrol near the 7-Eleven store on North Main Street. During the patrol, they apprehended Paul M. Otto, a (32) male from Jamestown, NY who was wanted by multiple law enforcement agencies.

Paul M. Otto, a (32) male from Jamestown, NY, was arrested by the Jamestown Police Department for multiple charges, including being a fugitive from justice and violating New York State Parole. The arrest took place on August 2, 2023, near the 7-Eleven store on North Main Street following a foot patrol conducted by officers. Otto was wanted by various law enforcement agencies, including the town of Ellicott Police Department and the Warren Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Office. He is currently held at the Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment on the charges against him.
