BUFFALO, NY (WNY News Now) – On August 3, 2023 at approximately 3:30 PM deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office received a report regarding unwanted text messages. Upon conducting a thorough investigation it was discovered that Angela M. Ducuara had been sending text messages to an individual who held a valid order of protection against her.
Angela M. Ducuara is facing charges for sending unwanted text messages to an individual who possessed a valid order of protection against her. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a thorough investigation into the matter after receiving a report on August 3, 2023. Ducuara’s actions are being treated seriously by the authorities and she will be subject to legal proceedings in response to the violation of the order of protection. Authorities have not released further details at this time.
