Bemus Point Man Arrested on Multiple Charges Including Weapon Possession


Jamestown, NY (WNY News Now) – Boston J. Thomas (23) of Bemus Point was arrested on Friday, and is now facing charges of Aggravated Harassment 2nd, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd (Felony), and Criminal Contempt 2nd for violating an order of protection that required him to surrender any firearms.

On August 4, 2023 officers from the Jamestown Police Department responded to a domestic incident on the south side of Jamestown. Upon arriving at the location officers encountered Boston J. Thomas (23) of Bemus Point. Thomas was discovered to have an active arrest warrant through the Jamestown Police Department.

During the investigation, it was revealed that Thomas had made specific threats to shoot the victim over the phone. A search of his vehicle was conducted leading to the discovery of a loaded pistol. Thomas is now facing multiple charges including violating an order of protection that required him to surrender any firearms. He is currently being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
