Buffalo, NY (WNY NEWS NOW)- Buffalo Woman Faces Indictment for Repeated Shoplifting at Walden Galleria
Nyeaira E. Stallworth (24) resident of Buffalo has been arraigned on an indictment charging her with multiple counts of burglary and grand larceny. The charges stem from her alleged involvement in a series of shoplifting incidents at the Walden Galleria.
Stallworth’s history includes a trespass notice served in April after a prior retail theft incident at the same location. She allegedly violated this notice by entering the mall and stealing multiple pairs of sunglasses worth approximately $4,900. She was arrested in March for the incident that incurred in January but failed to appear in court for her arraignment in July.
Stallworth’s case is scheduled for a pre-trial conference on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
