Salamanca, NY (WNY News Now) – A 48-year-old resident of Salamanca, NY, was apprehended and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, along with the possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree.
Local authorities in Salamanca, NY have arrested John M. Oyler, a 48-year-old resident of the area, on charges related to drug possession and paraphernalia.
Oyler has been accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, as well as criminally possessing drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree.
Following his arrest, he underwent due legal processes and was subsequently issued an appearance ticket. Oyler is required to appear in the City of Salamanca Court on August 30, 2023, at 9:00 am.
