(WNY News Now) – A traffic stop in Randolph on August 24th, 2023, resulted in the arrest of Salamanca, NY, man due to an active Felony Bench Warrant and driving with a suspended license.

Randolph – Deputies executed a traffic stop on Curtis W. Zolner, 38, on Torrence Rd. in Randolph, on August 24th, 2023, at approximately 2:46 am. Zolner, a resident of Salamanca, NY, was taken into custody after it was revealed that an active Felony Bench Warrant was issued for his arrest. Further investigation uncovered that he was also driving with a suspended license.

Following the arrest, Zolner was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail, where he is being held pending legal proceedings. The traffic stop additionally resulted in Zolner receiving 5 Uniform Traffic Tickets for violations of NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law sections. His court appearance is scheduled for a later date in the Town of Randolph Court.
