
(WNY News Now) – In an upcoming First Friday Lunch Bunch event at Audubon Community Nature Center, recent SUNY Fredonia graduate Devin Banning will share insights into local bird species and their habitats.
Jamestown – Devin Banning, a recent music education graduate of SUNY Fredonia, will showcase his passion for birds and conservation at the September 1 First Friday Lunch Bunch event held by the Audubon Community Nature Center (ACNC).
Having earned recognition for his musical talents, Banning will shift his focus to ornithology. He will delve into the characteristics of various local bird species, their habitats, and ways to protect these environments. An active participant in citizen science projects, Banning’s enthusiasm for birding extends to leading field trips and initiating a birding club.
