Police responded to the scene, where they discovered the victim, who is now in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are seeking information from the public.
Syracuse – On Wednesday night, Syracuse police were called to the 2000 block of S. Salina Street at approximately 8:06 P.M. in response to a shooting with injuries. Upon arrival, officers found a 22-year-old male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was swiftly transported to Upstate Hospital and is expected to recover.
During their initial examination of the scene, officers recovered a bullet projectile in the roadway, and it was evident that a nearby residence had also been hit by gunfire.
