Class AA:
Bennett defeated Lancaster, 20-7, to claim the class AA championship.
Class A:
Clarence defeated Lockport, 43-16, to claim the class A championship
Class B:
Health Sciences/BASC/Charter defeated Pioneer, 38-27, to claim the class B championship.
Class C:
Salamanca defeated Medina, 36-23, to win the class C championship.
Class D:
Clymer/Sherman/Panama defeated Wilson, 38-12, to win the class D championship.
8-Man Football:
Pembroke defeated Frewsburg, 49-20, in the Far West Regional championship.
