(WNY News Now) – The Town of Busti is set to conduct public hearings on December 4, 2023, addressing Special Use Permit applications for stand-alone accessory buildings in accordance with zoning regulations.
Town of Busti – The Town of Busti will hold public hearings on December 4, 2023, to consider Special Use Permit applications for stand-alone accessory buildings. Cameron McSain, residing at 54 Hoover Rd, Rochester, New York, seeks approval for a 30’x40’ building at 1618 Trask Road in the RA District. Simultaneously, Mike Walters of 483 Big Tree Road, Jamestown, New York, is applying for a 24’x36’ structure at Wellman Road in the CA District.
The hearings, scheduled for 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. respectively, will convene at the Town of Busti Administration Building, 125 Chautauqua Avenue, Lakewood, New York. These deliberations, pursuant to Article 405-301 and 405-701 of the Zoning Code, will allow residents to voice their opinions on these proposed developments in the residential agricultural and conservation agricultural zones.
