(WNY News Now) – Incidents of property damage on Jamestown’s Southside lead to the arrest of 33-year-old mother of three involved juveniles.

Jamestown, N.Y. – On December 14, 2023, Jamestown Police responded to reports of juveniles throwing rocks, causing property damage. Investigations revealed Brooke Rodriguez as the parent of three involved children. This incident follows a pattern of Rodriguez’s children damaging neighborhood residences.

The Jamestown City Court has held her pending arraignment, charging her with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child for alleged failure to control her children. Rodriguez is currently in city jail awaiting legal proceedings.
