(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus County – Cattaraugus County Veterans Services Director, Steve E. McCord, is extending his availability beyond the county building to engage with veterans and their families at various locations throughout January, addressing concerns and offering insights on VA benefits.

In an effort to better serve the veteran community, Steve E. McCord, Director of Cattaraugus County Veterans Services, will be conducting outreach sessions at multiple locations throughout January. The schedule includes stops at Gowanda American Legion Post, Little Valley VFW Post, Randolph American Legion Post, and Franklinville Town Clerk’s Office.

McCord encourages veterans and their families to take advantage of these sessions to discuss VA benefit laws and the VA Healthcare System, or to address any questions or concerns. Notably, McCord will be at Little Valley only on January 4th. For Olean office visits, appointments are required, and can be scheduled by calling (716) 701-3298. It’s essential to note that if no appointments are scheduled for a specific location, McCord will remain at the county building in Olean.
