(WNY News Now) – An Olean, New York, man entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. The indictment alleges that on or about August 18, 2023, he unlawfully possessed methamphetamines with the intent to sell in the City of Olean.
