    (WNY News Now) – A 43-year old Buffalo, NY, woman was apprehended in South Wales, NY, following an arrest warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree.

    Emilia Ash, 43, residing at 36 Flohr Ave, Buffalo, NY 14224, was taken into custody at 6:35 AM by authorities in South Wales, NY. The arrest followed a warrant from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, charging Ash with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. Ash, apprehended initially by the West Seneca Police Department, was later transferred to the custody of Cattaraugus County. She is currently remanded to CO Jail, awaiting her next court appearance.
