    (WNY News Now) – A 53-year-old female, faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) following a rollover accident on February 23rd, 2024, in the Town of Hanover.

    Chautauqua County Sheriffs Deputies, alongside Forestville EMS, responded to a single motor vehicle rollover in Hanover at 2:45 pm on 2/23/24. The investigation revealed that Jodi L. Brown, the vehicle’s 53-year-old operator, was intoxicated. She was taken into custody without incident and later released with traffic tickets. Brown is scheduled to appear in the Town of Hanover court at a later date to address the charges of DWI, along with additional charges of 1120a (Failed to Keep Right) and 1128a (Moved From Lane Unsafely). The incident involved no injuries.
